Hello, and thanks for your question. My name is XXXXX XXXXX I will help you today.

Yes you can import contacts files to Kindle Fire HD. Contacts need to be in VCF file type. Please do the following steps:

Create a new folder on your Desktop and named it Contacts.
Open Outlook or Email client->Contacts. Select all your email address/contacts and click File->Save As. Save these contacts as VCF files to Contacts folder.
Now connect your Kindle Fire to computer using the USB cable.
Copy the Contacts folder to your Kindle Fire.
When done, on your Kindle Fire, go to Contacts.
Tap Menu and select Import/Export->Import from Internal Storage.
Your contacts will be imported to your Kindle Fire contacts.
