I am sorry to bother u at this time of year, but I have a problem getting into my mobile phone. At the moment I am locked out as i cannot remember my password XXXXX reactivate my phone as it is asking me to put my pin in to open my phone.. i cant remember my pin or what i registard as. i have so many passwords and tryed them all and now i only have one more attempt..i do have my product key with me. can u help please.

If you are not sure, please check at the back sticker under battery for phone model. Remove the back cover and battery from your phone and look on the label. Your model number will be printed somewhere on this label.
