Hello, and thanks for your question. My name is XXXXX XXXXX I will help you today.

You can do the following steps:

Press Menu and select Settings. Select Applications->Manage Applications->All (swipe left to go right to All list). On the list, scroll down and select TwLauncher on the list. Select Force Stop and Clear data.

Once done, turn off your phone and turn it back on. Your phone should work normally after that.

If that did not work, we will have to backup your phone with Kies (go to www.samsung.com/us/kies to download and install it). Then factory reset your phone.

Thanks Kevin.

There is another method:

On your computer, go to play.google.com and log into your Google/Gmail account. Search for Launcher Pro or click HERE.

Then click Install button. Select your phone on the list and click Install again. The app will pushed to your phone. Check your phone if you see anything download and installed.

Once the app is installed, press Home button. See if it will ask to use Launcher Pro. If yes, select Launcher Pro and see if the Home screen will display.

If nothing is prompted or Home screen not working, turn off your phone. Turn it back on and your phone should ask which Launcher to use. Select Launcher Pro and select Always.

Your phone will work as normal now with the new Launcher app. Add your icons and widgets back.

If you want to use the original Launcher, press Menu and select Settings. Select Applications->Manage Applications->All (swipe left to go right to All list). On the list, scroll down and select TwLauncher on the list. Select Force Stop and Clear data.

Press Home button. It will ask you to use which Launcher. Check the box for Always select and select TwLauncher. That will switch it back to the original settings. You will have to reconfigure the icons and apps.

Please let me know if this method worked out or not. Thank you!

Kevin,

Were you be able to download the Launcher Pro app and resolve the error message with Launcher?

When you connect the USB cable to phone, it does not charge?

When and where did you purchase your phone?

Kevin,

While the phone is connecting to computer, swipe the screen from top down. Select USB settings and select Mass Storage. Check your computer. Does the phone show up now?

Kevin,

On your computer, go to www.samsung.com/us/kies to download and install Kies. After installed Kies, open Kies and connect your phone to computer.

If computer still does not see your phone, on your phone, go to Settings->Applications. Select USB options and select Ask on connection. Disconnect phone and reconnect. Your phone should ask which mode you want to use. Select Mass Storage. Your computer will see your phone then.
