I have a samsung nv3 and when I turn it on it says memory full, I have inserted a new SD card but it still reads the same

ok, take out the SD card from the camera, and turn on the Camera and check for any pictures.

Do you still see any? As this shows it is stored on the internal memory.

sorry, sent you reply twice do not know what happened, yes one photo and top left hand corner reads 100 - 0001

ok, delete the photo, as this is stored on the internal memory and this is the memory problem, not the SD card.

So delete that photo, restart the camera, put in the SD card and tell me if your still getting the memory error please.

ok, put the SD card in

Go to Settings, Copy to Card and run this so all images are copied to the SD card.

After doing this, tell me if you still get the message please.

sorry Richard just lost battery power, so have connected cam to pc but cannot access menu at mo, but will do as you asked and copy pics to sd card

ok, I would like you to reset the camera please.

Go to the Setup menu, and choose Reset (Page 62 of the manual I sent you).

Once done, tell me if the memory issue still occurs please.
