instead of Imap, can you use pop in your phone?
can you do it (you can delete your account from your phone, and add again. please use this information when requested:
your pop server (incoming server) is: outlook.office365.com
your incoming PORT is: 995
be sure SSL is checked for your incoming server
(ssl should be enabled)
your outgoing (smtp) server is: smtp.office365.com
outgoing port is 587
SMTP authentication should be applied/ticked/checked
be sure SSL is checked for your outgoing server too
when all done, you will be able to receive/send in your phone
cannot get past incoming settings message says couldn't open connection to server

its telling me its waiting for sync email will appear soon
yes but its been waiting to sync for ten minutes
it flashed a message saying sending briefly across the screen but isb now back to waiting for sync
I cannot when I click on the email it tells me its waiting to sync

I have logged into that site and you say remove the account how do I remove it
waiting for sync is back sorry but my phone is very low on battery
