Hi, I have a GT S58301i phone since July 2013. It behaved fine

Hi, I have a GT S58301i phone since July 2013. It behaved fine until about a month ago. Now it's very slow, loads the wrong pages, backs up on texts when writing and I receive multiple identical messages from contacts. I have given up trying to load apps or email. Takes ages to do anything and then may not do it properly!
Please help!!

Your phone needs to clear up some Media / cache files. First go to Play Store or Market and download the Clean Master - Free Optimizer app. Use this app to clean the cache and uninstall any apps that you do not use.

When done, press Power for 2-3 seconds and select Power off. Turn your phone back on and test.

If still slow and having problems, do the following steps to reset the settings: Note: This reset will clear your sound and ringtones settings. You will have to reconfigure them if needed.

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Applications ->Manage Applications or Apps
  3. Select All (Look for ALL on top menu or swipe left to go right to ALL)
  4. Select Media Storage and tap Clear Data.
  5. Go back to All and select Google Services Framework.
  6. Select Clear Data.
  7. Turn off (shut down) your phone and turn it back on.
  8. Test your issue.

Please open the app.Tap Junk Files and tap Clean Junk. When done, go back and tap Memory Boost. Tap Boost.

Power off your phone. Turn it back on. Then test again.
