conditional call forwarding active...................then nothing

On the phone, go to Settings, Applications.

Look under the list ALL for GOOGLE SERVICES FRAMEWORK

Press it and press Clear Data.

Then restart the phone and tell me if you can now call please.

ok, there will be one of three causes for this, so we need to rule this out.

First, do you have data on the phone you need to keep?

eg: Contacts, Photos

Down load Kies from my link below.

http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/usefulsoftware/KIES/

Once downloaded, install it then run it.

Connect the Phone to the computer with the data cable that came with it.

Then in Kies, perform a backup of the phone.

Once done, disconnect the phone, then on the phone, go to Settings, Backup & Reset, Factory Restore.

Press this, and complete the restore and when it has completed, setup the phone again like when you first received it.

Then try to make a call and let me know the results please.
