I have a Samsung Galaxy note (initial version) which wont

Resolved Question:

I have a Samsung Galaxy note (initial version) which won't connect to my Wi-Fi (however my laptop has no difficulty connecting to the hub). When I try to connect the BTHub3-QWZX shows "authenicating" the Wi-Fi networks then shows "Connecting" and finally the BTHub3-QWZX shows "Saved, Secured" and immediately the whole process starts again - thus preventing access to the network. Hve you an answer?

Can you do the following please

remove the power from the wifi router.

Then on the phone go to Settings, Wireless Networks and tap once on your network then tap forget.

Once done, restart the phone by tapping the power button, and choosing power off.

Then power on the wifi router, power on the phone and then try to connect to the wireless network.

On the BT Home Hub there is a small reset button.

Hold this in for 10 seconds, then release.

Wait 5 minutes then try to connect the Note to the wifi.
