I have just purchased a Galaxy Tab3 tablet, model no.SM-T310

Resolved Question:

I have just purchased a Galaxy Tab3 tablet, model no.SM-T310 and have set up email account as directed, I can send and receive emails but as soon as I open up Outlook on my laptop, the emails on the Tablet just disappear. It's as though they can't be in 2 places at the same time. This is not what I expected or want. Can you help?

Outlook Express

Thanks

You have to tell outlook to leave the emails on the server

To do this, When Outlook Express opens, click Tools, then Accounts from the menu bar.

The "Internet Accounts" window appears.
Highlight the e-mail account you wish to change and click Properties.

The "Properties" window appears.
Click the Advanced tab, then check the Leave a copy of messages on server checkbox.

Close the setup windows.

Click OK to close the Properties window, then click Close to close the Internet Accounts window.

Once done, new emails should display on all devices.

This will not return the old emails as they are already removed, but will leave new emails there.

If you have any problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.

And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
