Ive reset my galaxy s3 back to factory settings now am stuck

Resolved Question:

Ive reset my galaxy s3 back to factory settings now am stuck in boot screen and if I go to manual reset it says no command and nothing happens also my phone wont connect to kies x


 


 


also my phone isn't recognised on my comp comes back with an error msg x

Hello, and thanks for your question. My name is ***** ***** I will help you today.

You can reset your phone as follows:

First go to www.samsung.com/us/Kies to download Kies (not Kies 3).
Install Kies and open it after installed.
On your phone, remove the battery. Write down Model and Serial number.
Put it back and hold Volume Down + Home + Power.
It will show Downloading mode.
Connect your phone to computer.
On Kies, click on Tools->Firmware upgrade and Initialization.
Enter the model and serial number.
Then follow the rest of the steps to restore your phone.
