Hello William! Thank you for your question. I will be assisting you today.

I'm sorry about the issue. What's the exact error or message when registering it?

Is the Kindle Fire asking for your Amazon account password? Or your Wi-Fi / wireless password? etc.?

Do you remember your exact Amazon account password?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

I'm sorry. In order to help you fixing this issue, I need some more information from you. Did you see my questions in my previous reply?

1. What's the exact error or message when registering it?

2. Is the Kindle Fire asking for your Amazon account password? Or your Wi-Fi / wireless password? etc.?

3. Do you remember your exact Amazon account password?

Edit: We've been communicating, but it looks like you are not there any more; when you are available, please reply back at the box below to continue. Thank you,

Hi there.

I have years of experience with Kindles and would love to help you out if you still need help. The big question is whether or not you still know your Amazon.com username and password that it was registered previously.

And do you know if the Kindle has data on it you'd like saved? Or is it safe to assume the entire thing has been wiped?
