Hi there.

I have years of experience with Kindles and would love to help you out if you still need help. The big question is whether or not you still know your Amazon.com username and password that it was registered previously.

And do you know if the Kindle has data on it you'd like saved? Or is it safe to assume the entire thing has been wiped?
