Thank you. The email settings are:

- Incoming server settings

  • Username: Your TalkTalk email address ending @talktalk.net
  • IMAP server: mail.talktalk.net
  • Port: 143

- Outgoing server settings:

 

 

SMTP server: smtp.talktalk.net

Port: 587

Different version of Android have different security options.

Select either:

  • TLS (accept all certificates)

    or
  • Preference - 'STARTTLS' (accept all certificates)

 

1. Go to Apps -> Settings -> Accounts, then tap on your talktalk account and remove it for now.

 

2. Next, go to Apps -> Settings -> Accounts, then select Add Account, then Email option, then enter your email address and password, then tap on the Manual option, and continue with the settings above.
