Hi can you help with a problem I have with a Nexus 7 ,it was purchased about a year and a half ago. The problem is when I switch the tablet either on or off it only shows the Goggle Logo and does not go into anything else, also when you try to switch off it automatically comes back on.

I have tried many times pressing the power on/off button and holding for about 30 seconds and then switching back on, it still switches itself back on and only shows the Google Logo.

I'm sorry, this issue could be either software or hardware. Please try the following fix to check:

1. Press & hold the power on/off button for about 15 seconds.

2. Press and hold the Volume Down button, then press and hold the Power button at the same time until the tablet turns on. You'll see the word "Start" with an arrow around it.
