Hello, and thanks for your question. My name is ***** ***** I will help you today.
On your new Kindle tablet, go to Wifi settings. Do you see your home Wifi connection BTHomeHub2-CC3R?
Do you have the wifi password ***** connect to that wifi connection?

Hi Nick , As regards "BTHomeHub2-CC3R" on my BT box I have the following :-

[1] Wireless Key (WPA) 9dfeddc38f &

[2] Admin Password *****

and I can't remember which one I had to operate. Maybe you can advice me ?

Thanks Peter. I am sorry for the delay.
On your Kindle, open Wifi settings. Tap to select the BTHome connection and enter the wireless key to connect.
Does it work now? Or still having the same problem?
If still having problem, please try this reset.
Press/slide the Power switch and hold it for 20-25 seconds. Your Kindle will reboot. Go back to Wifi settings and try to connect to wifi again.
Not working as well? We can reset Kindle back to Factory Settings and connect to wifi.
From the Kindle Home screen, press Menu.
Select Settings.
Press Menu button again.
Select Reset to Factory Defaults.
Confirm and reset.
Setup and register your Kindle.
Go to Archived Items to download your books back to your Kindle.
