my galaxy note 3 keeps switching off and when switched on has turned off bluetooth and wifi. Can you help?

I got it about 4 months ago

did you try to run any update?

no, it just stared to do this last night

how often does it get power down on its own.

It only stays on if I am listening to , for example, an audio book

If the problem still persists after running a software update then you will have to return the unit to a Samsung service center to get the unit replaced as its under 1 year and its under warrranty

I got it as an upgrade from Vodafone

That is not a problem you will have to take the unit to samsung service center as Vodaphone is your service provider.

  1. From the Home screen, touch Menu Menu key > Settings Settings Shortcut > General Settings More Tab Icon > System Update About Device Icon > Update.
