Peter - I think the best thing to try would be a factory reset of your phone.
Settings > Back up and reset > Factory data reset > Reset device > Erase everything
Be sure that you have backed up your data..
As this would delete everything from your phone.
That should restore your camera app.

with the old note i installed another camera app and it was fine what is the best fast camera app ?
Have you used the Google Camera app?

I think you would be able to move it over to the new app
If you can't open the gallery up on your phone
You could try connecting it to your computer
To try to sync the images over.
When you connect to your computer with a USB cable
it should give you an option to import photos/videos

Have you tried connecting with USB cable already?
If you open "Devices and Printers" on your comptuer, do you see if you phone recognised there?
If you right click on it
Does it give you some options?
Its down as the GT-N7105
Seems maybe the driver didn't install correctly
Can you try to unplug it and plug it back in?
If that doesn't work may need to download Samsung software to get it to recognize
same thing it appears in devices and Printers
And then run the software after it installs
to see if it then will recognize your hone

it downloaded and installed but theres update so its updating finished now
