Hello! Thank you for your question. I will be assisting you today.I'm sorry about the issue. You can just press the Volume Up button (press a few times as needed), then the volume for ring tone will go up.Or another way: go to Apps, then Settings, then Sound, then Volume, then at the Ringtone option, tap on the bar to the right in order to increase volume. Please let me know. Thank you,
where/which is the volume 'up'
button? - my phone is very new and I don't have any instructions.
At the moment I can turn it on, charge the battery, swipe the screen for 1 - 9 and take photographs by mistake!
In other words I am very inexperienced........
There is a button at the left side of the phone, near the top. You push the top end of the button; that's the Volume Up button. Please click on the image below to see:Please let me know if that works or not.Another way to see all settings is to tap on Apps, then Settings, then Sound, then Volume, then at the Ringtone option, tap on the bar to the right in order to increase volume.
Also, if you need the instructions manual for your new phone, please let me know who your wireless phone carrier / provider is.
