My daughter put a screen lock on her Samsung i9100 Galaxy S2 and has forgotten i. How can we resolve this?

in that case there is no unlock code available but there is a way to fix the phone back to factory defaults

running factory default will erase all personal apps data and you will be able to use the phone like the first day you got,

1. Turn off the i9100 S 2 phone or take out the battery and reinsert it.
2. Hold the Volume Down button
3. Press and release the Power button
4. Select Clear Storage by pressing the Volume Down button
5. Press and release the Power button
6. Press Volume Up to confirm i9100 master reset

Turn off i9100. Press and hold VOLUME Down + HOME + POWER buttons together.
