You can enter unlock code using three following instructions:

1. Insert a foreig sim card (the sim card which is not supported by Your phone)
2. The phone should ask for an unlock code
3. Enter Unfreeze or Defreeze code ( unsuccesfull message may appear )
4. Enter NCK or Network code
The phone is now unlocked

If your phone does not ask for the unlock code:
1. Turn on the phone with original Sim card or without Sim card
2. Enter #7465625*638*NCK/Network#
The phone is now unlocked.

If your phone does not ask for the unlock code:
1. Turn on the phone with a foreign (Unaccepted) Sim card
2. Then enter the following sequence:
#0199*Unfreeze/Defreeze#
#0111*NCK/Network#
#0121*SCK/Subprovider#
#0133*SPCK/Provider#
The phone is now unlocked.

Hello,

It seems the professional has left this conversation. This happens occasionally, and it's usually because the professional thinks that someone else might be a better match for your question. I've been working hard to find a new professional to assist you with your question, but sometimes finding the right professional can take a little longer than expected.

I wonder whether you're OK with continuing to wait for an answer. If you are, please let me know and I will continue my search. If not, feel free to let me know and I will cancel this question for you.

Thanks for your patience,

Adam

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

OK Adam, continue and try and resolve my problem. I have been told that Orange is the most difficult. I have given all the information I can.

Hi and welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** it will be my pleasure to assist you today.

The above process was correct but the terms unlock, freeze, etc. are actually the numeric codes you will receive from an unlocking company and is not the actual code itself. You will have to pay a small fee to receive the code but it's not much. I only recommend services that I myself have used and had a great experience with. For your phone and carrier, this is where you need to go: http://sim-unlock.net/sim-lock/12/Unlock_by_code_for_Samsung_phones_from_Europe/.

I hope this helps. Please be sure to select a rating for my answer. If you need to reply back to this answer (Free of charge), click on 'Reply to Expert' and submit your response.

Best Regards,
