Customer Question

I accidentally reset my Samsung S5 to factory reset, thereby erasing all my contacts and photos...any chance of having them recovered?

Hello, and thanks for your question. My name is ***** ***** I will help you today.
On your computer, go to contacts.google.com and log into your Gmail/Google account. See if your contacts were backed up there.
For photos, go to picasaweb.google.com and log into your Gmail/Google account. If instant upload was enabled, you should see your photos there.
Nothing found? I am so sorry that that means nothing were backed up. You can try to bring your phone to a local data recovery shop so they can analyze. That will be your last resort.
