Hello! Thank you for your question. I will be assisting you today.

I'm sorry about the issue. Do you mean you cannot open anything on the galaxy tablet at all?

Have you enter the (wrong) password ***** a few times, does it give you the option to use your google account?

Is it okay to reset the tablet and re-set it up fresh?

Hi,

It looks like your computer is not able to connect with me, or you are not available. Please try the following in order to get your Wi-Fi/wireless password/key:

1. Click on the website below:

http://192.168.2.1

2. Then enter admin for the password
, then click OK. (leave username blank if prompted.)

3. Then go to Security option, and/or the Wireless option (and if needed, check any sub-option)
, then you will see your password/passphrase/key (it is case-sensitive.)

Note: If the above website does not work, then try website: http://192.168.0.1 and/or website http://192.168.1.1

If needed, you can always call your internet service provider for the Wi-Fi/wireless password.

Please let me know if there is still any issue. Thank you.
