Hi and Welcome. My Name is ***** ***** I look forward to assisting you today with your question.

I stil can use chrome, you tube and other aplikations

Expert:  Ashik replied 2 years ago.
Are you getting that site when you open the normal internet browser ?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

yes

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

i meen normal internet browser on the samsung note

Expert:  Ashik replied 2 years ago.
On your Note, goto Settings application. Tap Application Manager or Apps or Application (you will have one of these three in Settings). Then tap All tab next to Installed, Running etc. You can see All tab by swiping left or right.

Scroll down and select Internet (your browser's name). Tap Clear Data and Clear Cache. Then restart your Note. That should fix it.

Please let me know if that didn't work, so we can continue troubleshooting.

It seems like that malware corrupted the entire browser as well as the system files. Turn off the WiFi and remove the SIM. Then restart your phone and open browser. The page shouldn't be able to connect. Then tap Option button on your Note and can you clear history, cookies from there ?

Then our only option is to force reset the Note. This will erase everything from the Note and install a fresh software. This will also remove the malware. Do you want to do that ?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

how can i do it?

Expert:  Ashik replied 2 years ago.
First backup all your files to your PC. You can use Samsung's Kies application to backup your files.

Download and install Kies from here : http://www.samsung.com/in/support/usefulsoftware/KIES/

Open Kies and connect your Note. Then backup your Note with Kies.

Then follow the steps in here to factory reset your Note : Goto Settings > Accounts > Backup & Restore and tap Factory Reset.

Let me know how it goes.
Expert:  Ashik replied 2 years ago.
If you can't find Factory reset, then check under Settings > Privacy.

Another way to factory reset is,

  1. Turn it off
  2. Press and hold down Volume Up + Home + Power buttons at the same time.
  3. Release all buttons when Logo comes up.
  4. You will see the menu options:
  5. Select wipe data/factory reset. (Volume buttons to go up or down, select with Home or Power button)
  6. Select Yes — delete data.
  7. Finally, select Reboot system now.
  8. Your phone will reboot and go through setup steps.
