Hello Brett! Thank you for your question. I will be assisting you today.

I'm sorry about the issue. Do you mean Samsung Galaxy S5? Have you tried the following:

1. Press & hold the power on/off button on the Samsung device for about 15 seconds, then turn it back on.

2. After the phone is turned on, go to Settings, then Application manager (or Apps)
, then go to the ALL tab (swipe from right to left for a couple of times or so)
, then scroll down to the Internet app item, then clear data/cache/etc.
, then check.

If that does not work,

  1. Power off your Samsung S5 phone by pressing & holding the Power on/off button for about 15 seconds.
  2. Turn on and repeatedly and quickly tap the soft-button for “Menu.”
  3. Then select the Safe mode option.
  4. If you have managed to select Safe Mode, you will see the text “Safe Mode” at the bottom left corner of the screen.
  5. Then go to Settings, then Application manager (or Apps), and uninstall any bad app you see.
  6. Then restart the phone normally and check.
