Press & hold the power on/off button on the Samsung device for about 15 seconds, then turn it back on.2. After the phone is turned on, go to Settings, then Application manager (or Apps), then go to the ALL tab (swipe from right to left for a couple of times or so), then scroll down to the Internet app item, then clear data/cache/etc., then check.
