A. Stevens :

Hi, I am A. Stevens here to help with your question!

A. Stevens :

The best thing to do to destroy the virus is a factory reset of the software on your Samsung phone.

A. Stevens :

Before doing this, you would want to make sure to back up your data - I.E - contacts, photos, etc.

A. Stevens :

Are you syncing your phone with your Google account? If so, your data should be backed up.

A. Stevens :

Once you perform the reset, you can then restore your personal data again.

A. Stevens :

Please let me know and I can instruct you on how to do the reset.
