Hi,
Thank you for using Just Answer my name is ***** ***** I will help with your question.
I think the best solution would be to factory reset the tablet unfortunately you will loose all data stored on the device, if you have synced your tablet with Google there may be a back up of your data that will automatically download back to your tablet when it is restored. Pictures or often backed up using dropbox if you subscribed to it.
To restore the tablet
1. Turn your Galaxy Tab 3 off.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up, Power and Home buttons together until you see an Android lying on its back. This is the - stock recovery screen.
3. Use the volume keys to scroll down to Wipe Data/Factory Reset and use the Power button to confirm.
4. Scroll down to Yes, Delete All User Data and hit Power to confirm.
5. Scroll down to Wipe Cache Partition and select with power button.
6. Reboot System Now to restart your Galaxy Tab 3 with factory settings restored.
Let me know if this helps

Hi,
Do you have the samsung kies software installed on your computer?
I am afraid I think you will have to recover the tablet using the samsung Kies software.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

No i havnt can i download it?

Expert:  carlday1 replied 1 year ago.
HI,
You can download it from here
http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/usefulsoftware/KIES/
If you download it and install it when you have installed it connect the tablet to the computer using the usb lead.
Hopefully KIes will detect the tablet and talk you through the recovery process
