Hello Eric! Thank you for your question. I will be assisting you today.

I'm sorry about the issue. What's the model of your Android phone?

Does this issue occur only when you use the Internet (or Browser) app?

Are you able to go to Settings icon on the phone?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

LG from T-moble i bought it 18 months ago the back sticker/bar code says IMEI 013***-**-****85-2 if that helps.

I cant use the internet with out the ransom warning coming up and cycling over and over. i can get to the settings icon.

Thank you. Please try this:

- Go to Settings, then go to Apps or Application manager (or something similar)
, then swipe from right to left a few times as needed until you get to the ALL option
, then scroll down
, then open the item Internet (or Browser)
, then clear data / clear cache
, then press & hold the power on/off button on the phone, then select the Restart option
, then check Internet.

Please let me know. Thank you.
