Hi,

Thanks for contacting JustAnswer.com I am Cris.

Please try to force start your device by doing the following:

1. If you have it connected to the charger currently remove for 30 seconds.

2. If you also have a case on the device please remove it.

3. Connect your G3 to the charger for 5 minutes, after 5 minutes.

4. Leave on the charger press and hold the power button/switch for up to 1 minute or until the screen turns on which ever is shorter.

5. Then allow about 1-2 minutes for the software to load up.

Reply back to me with any further questions BEFORE selecting a negative rating. I will answer your follow ups.

Still not charging?

Expert:  Cris replied 2 years ago.
OK,

There seems to be some type of hardware failure with your device. It could be that the charging port has expanded. How long have you had your device?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Since December 2014

All of LG phones come with 1-year limited warranty. Please contact LG at
0344(###) ###-####

They will need to setup replacement for you. It appears the charging port is defective and no longer charging your device anymore.

Please let me know if you have any further questions. I will be happy to further assist you. I know this maybe not exact answer you were looking for but the correct one I can offer under the circumstances.
