ok, first, go on the computer to www.gmail.com
Sign into the gmail account you used on the S2, then click on Gmail, Contacts
Do you see your contacts there Brian?

What happened when it did NOT allow you to?

I am asking you to sign into the one you used on the S2 and why you were not able to do this.
No one has asked you to setup a new account, that does not help here.

You were making a new account, thats why it said it already existed.
I dont want you to make a new account, but sign in with the existing account you used on the S2
So go to www.gmail.com and Sign in, not create a new account.

Can you please go to www.teamviewer.com
Click on Download in the top right.
Go down to "TeamViewer Quicksupport"
Click on Download and download and run the program.
It will give you an ID and a Password.
Please give me the ID (leave a space between each character eg: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9) and the password ***** your next message to me here.
Do not close the program, but leave it open.
I can then connect to your computer.

YOU have now taken OVER 4 HOURS of my time & i am no further on than when you started + you have had £50 of my money, all i have is a stinking headache!!!!!!! you are a complete waste of a skin

Brian, there is no need to respond like this,
We have done a lot, considering you were not even able to get into your account in the first place.
So all you now need to do now is synch the contacts.
I am asking you again, has it completed the synch, yes or no.
I do not feel you need to talk in such a way and I expect to be treated with the same respect I have provided you.
