I have a samsung S6, the finger print system will no longer

I have a samsung S6, the finger print system will no longer reconised my prints and has locked me out ,How can I get back into my phone, I triedb my network provider and they pass me to you

Can you please power off the phone, then when in the powered off state, press at the same time the 3 buttons Home, Volume Up, and Power at the same time for about 10 seconds or so until the Samsung logo / recovery menu appears. Please let me know if it shows a menu, then I can provide the next step. Thank you.

Great. Now use the Volume Down button to highlight the option "wipe data/factory reset", then press the Power button

, when it's done resetting, then press Power button to reboot

, then reinstall battery
, then try the following again:
