You haven't accessed the Google Play Store app (the white shopping bag icon) on your device with this email account.

Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.
Sorry I dont understand your response.
I just see a copy and past of a page.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

It says

You haven't accessed the Google Play Store app (the white shopping bag icon) on your device with this email account.

so I cannot open it and I do not see the white shopping bag
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Sorry unable to do it this way

Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.
You are going to have to reset the phone, as you dont know your gmail password ***** account anymore, then this is the only option left. You will lose the contacts but unless you write them down there is no way to back them up as you cannot install any apps.
Go to settings, Storage and press on Factory Reset, if you do not see it there, go to Settings Privacy and press on it there.
Once done, setup the phone like when you first received it, then press on the email app and add your BT account again.
Let me know the results please
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Thank you I am now geeting my emails

Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.
Perfect!
We needed to go through all the options available for you, you will be ok now that we redid the firmware.
If you would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.
And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
