How can I remove pictures from my Galaxy S3 ? The screen is smashed but it seems to boot up ok. I hadn't realised that my pictures were not saved on the sd card. your help would be much appreciated. My pc is running Vista if that causes any extra complications.

You should be able to transfer your photos to your PC using a USB cable, but typically the phone needs to be unlocked to transfer the data. Is the screen operable at all and is there a passcode lock on your phone?

You can download the software you need here to connect your phone: http://www.samsung.com/in/support/usefulsoftware/KIES/

Choose the Kies download for Windows (it is compatible with Windows Vista) and your computer should be able to connect to your phone and transfer what you need on to your computer.
