You're welcome. Please try the following fix:

  • Power off your tablet by pressing & holding the power button.
  • With the tablet turned off, press and hold at the same time the following three buttons
Home + Volume Up + Power

; (if it does not work, try holding the two buttons: Volume Up + Power)
  • Wait until you see the Android or Samsung logo or Recovery menu, then release all buttons.

Hard Reset Shortcut for Samsung Galaxy Tab

  • Navigate with Volume Down button to the option Wipe data/Factory reset
  • Press the Power button to confirm

Wipe data/Factory reset

  • Use Volume Down button to select the option YES -- delete all user data
  • Press the Power button to confirm

Wipe data/Factory reset

- Once done, press Power button to reboot.
