Thank you. Please try the followings:

  1. Press & hold the Power button on the tablet, then select the Power off option.
  2. Press at the same time the 3 buttons Home, Volume Up, and Power until the Android logo / recovery menu appears.
    , (this usually takes about 10 seconds or so.)
  3. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to highlight the option "wipe data/factory reset", then press the Power button.
  4. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to highlight the option Yes..., then press the Power button.
  5. Wait a bit until the reset is done.
  6. Press Power button to reboot.
  7. Then it will let you re-set up the tablet.

I'm sorry. Were you able to do the first two steps I've provided? Did it show the (green) Android logo or the recovery menu?

Did you follow my steps exactly? Or are you stuck at any step?

It looks like you did not follow my steps correctly. Can you please click on the image below for the locations of all the buttons.

Then try my exact instructions below again:

  1. Press & hold the Power button on the tablet, then select the Power off option.
  2. Press & hold at the same time the 3 buttons Home, Volume Up, and Power until the green Android logo / recovery menu appears, then you can release all the buttons.
    , (this usually takes about 10 seconds or so.)
  3. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to highlight the option "wipe data/factory reset", then press the Power button.
  4. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to highlight the option Yes..., then press the Power button.
  5. Wait a bit until the reset is done.
  6. Press Power button to reboot.
  7. Then it will let you re-set up the tablet.
