yes i can access internet on google but when i press internet icon it goes to hijacker page

Sorry, can you go to Safe Mode, then do not open anything, but right away, go to Settings -> Applications -> Application Manager -> ALL, then tap on the item Internet there in the long list, then Clear data
, then restart the phone normally
, then open Internet app and check.

tried that i clicked on internet icon pressed clear data it wasnt highlighted it didnt do anything

You are in Safe mode now right?

There is the word called Internet in Application Manager right?

How about the Clear Cache?

Then just power off / restart the phone normally and check.

If needed, open the Internet app, then see if it lets you do the following: Tap on the More menu at the top, then tap on Settings, then Privacy, then Delete Personal Data, then check all boxes, then tap on DELETE..., then check. Restart the phone again as needed.
