Hello. My name is Michael. I will be assisting you with your question.
First, I would suggest resetting the device. These devices are problematic, so there is no guarantee this will work. The company offers no support in english either. Seems to be the way many companies are going. Certainly not fair to the consumer. The following steps should get you to what is called the recovery screen. The recover screen, if it does come up, will have a text menu from which you can choose a factory reset. This menu is navigated with the volume buttons and the power button. Here is what is supposed to get you there:
You get into recovery mode by, powering off the device, then holding MENU+POWER. If this doesn't work, then hold those buttons while pressing the small reset button with a paperclip. If neither of these gets you to recovery mode, then it might be a dead soldier. And if that's the case, replacement would be your best bet. But I can help you with that if we get to that point, just let me know.
Also, please let me know if you still have questions.
