Enter the wrong password ***** you get a message to try after sometime

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I have entered numerous passwords for the last 2 days
Expert:  nathan_mills replied 11 months ago.

You will then get an option to unlock via google at the bottom of your screen

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Nathan, not sure what you mean, I have entered passwords, but the same message keeps coming back
Expert:  nathan_mills replied 11 months ago.

How many times did you enter the wrong password? If you enter an incorrect password, pattern, PIN or fingerprint enough times (usually 20+) on the lock screen, you'll be prompted to enter your Google Account credentials, which will unlock your phone.

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I have not got a google account.
Expert:  nathan_mills replied 11 months ago.

Oh then you have only one option left Neil. You will need to hard reset your phone but it will wipe off all the data.

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I already knew that, you mean to say that I have just paid for this service and you are telling me something I already know.

If you had Google account or Samsung account, I could have unlocked your phone remotely but since you don't there is no way to bypass this security
