Hello there and welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I'll do my best to assist you today.
Now I just want to clarify, why are you trying to clear teh cache? Is the calendar app behaving strangely or are you trying to remove events from the calendar?
In the meantime I'll leave the instructions for clearing the cache.
First go to "Settings".
Next find the entry for "Applications" or "Application Manager". Something like that.
Once in there, find the calendar application and click it.
Now depending on your version of android this next step varies. Either the clear cache button will be present on the current page your on, OR you may have to click the "Storage" button, and then you'll see it there.
Let me know if this helps! Talk soon. Andrew.
Ah ok. Thats a bit different. What errors are you receiving or where exactly are you getting stuck?
Yes of course. What errors are you receiving or where exactly are you getting stuck?
Ok. Sounds exactly like that thread you sent me. Good work finding that.
So were you able to clear the cache on your calendar app?
Yes, unfortunately many android phones no longer allow the battery to be easily removed anymore. Give me a moment. Seeing what else we can try.
What version of windows is the computer running?
Which calendar app are you using on the phone? The one it came with or a different one?
Also, what email address are you using with outlook?
So S Planner is the default correct?
