H. I have a Samsung tablet, and am very happy with it. However, every time I want to check on email a message pops up "Unable to sign into account. Server password ***** changed. Enter the new password." I can't remember the new password, and there doesn't appear to be an option "Forgot password". How can I find out what the password *****?

Did you send it from your Tablet? Is it still giving the error?

I sent it rom my tablet and it didn't arrive. I sent it from my PC and it did.

Ok, we will have to reset the Tablet, this will remove all your data from the Tablet and return it to new, but this we cannot avoid, so any photos ect you would need to save from it.

Then go to settings, Backup and Reset, Factory Reset

Once done, setup the Tablet again and tell me how it then functions please when adding the email account.

No I think I will take it back to the bloke who set it up in the first place. Many thanks for your help Richard, I have to go out now, so I would like to terminate this conversation. I'm happy to pay the £15 I have committed to.
