EE PAYG Samsung Galaxy J3 purchased March 2017. Phone OK until now. Screen flashing uncontrollably different colours with message "Unfortunately TouchWiz has stopped". I cannot access apps to try to regain control. I need help here as I am housebound and rely on my phone for contact with the outside world.

Hi Douglas ,

Please try this:

1. Go to settings

2. Go to My Device.

3. Untick Motions/gestures

4. Reboot (power off /on) your phone
