This is an art nouveau period (1890-1910) silver plate fish knife and fork serving set. The set if German silver plate, unknown maker as the database is not complete for silver plate makers. The B60 is the indication of German silverplate because Germany was the only country that used this number in indicating 60 parts silver per 12 pieces on all of their plated wares. These numbers varied from 100 parts down to 60 parts per 12 pieces of electro plated silver. This set has a current value of $120 us dollars. Do click the stars after you have read this answer.
