I am a refrigeration technician with a company in Australia. Do you have an agent doing technical support in Australia? Our customer has a side by side refrigerator Model No JC2228GE HB, and we have replaced the defrost element but think the defrost sensor needs replacing but can not programme the refrigerator to advance the defrost to test.

How do we programme the refrigerator to advance to defrost to test?
