HI

Are you saying it will not spin or drain??? Also look inside the lid area and retrieve the model number which begins with 110.

Customer Reply

Hi, Russ,

the machine does not spin or drain. It's as if someone snipped the power cord - it's completely dead.

I put my normal amount of clothes in as usual, it filled, started normally, and then a bit later I noticed it had stopped dead with water in it.

I tried re-starting to no aviail. Shuffled the clothes, nothing worked, no response.

I looked under the lid - only number is XXXXX prob not it, is it. will have to keep looking - but computer upstairs, washer downstairs!!
