I have a KOT-170SB Ewave Microwave oven. Serial # XXXXX The turntable motor has stopped turning. My wife put in a large plate and didn't turn off the turntable. I have tried switching it off & on with no change. What do I need to do to fix it?Doug
you'll need to replace the actual turntable motor. If you remove the bottom panel to the microwave you can access the turntable motor you need to replace. Here is a link to the part you'll want to order and replace.CLICK HEREIf you wanted to verify for certain the part was bad, check for 120 volts to the motor when it's running. If you have 120 volts, then you have a bad motor. If not then you have a bad control board (but that is fairly unlikely)
