there is a hole with a grey moveable piece of plastic is this what you mean? Pushed it down no click. floppy, stayed down. Can reach it from under lip above drum. Moves up and down.
that is your problem its broken so stays down , should be flush up against the panel so when the lid closes it will activate the spin to drain the water and spin the clothes dry . great replace it and this will fix the problem . pressing accept for my help pays me thanks this is the part
