I have two ge telephones that shows an id list. Purchased less tha a year ago, but the lettering has faded and i cannot read the names of callers. What must I do in order to restore the lettering?

Ok the problem here is the battery need to be replaced, replacements can be purchased at radio shack. This will fix this problem. Mike
