there is a fuse behind the control panel area that you will need to replace if the unit is getting power. You'll need to uninstall the unit if it's still installed, then remove the entire outer shell to access the fuse. The fuse looks like a 1" long 1/4" diameter ceramic fuse and you can get another microwave fuse a Radio Shack if needed.
