Hello, I'm Larry and here to try to help you with your problem today / thanks

the drain is stopped up ,, remove the inside back panel in the freezer and pour hot water into the troft under the coil to open the drain hole and once it drains as it should put it back together and tehn remove the drain hose on the back of the fridge and flush it out and its number 260 in this picture ,, Glad i could help you with your problem today so please hit the accept button for me before you leave so i may be paid ,, Thanks
