Hello I'm Larry and thank you for using this service. I'll be helping you with your problem today.did the pilot lite when you tried to lite it?
no, i saw no flame or sparks whatsoever through the view window
remove the pilot tube from the gas valve and press the button on top of the valve and tell me if you hear or smell gas please
is that the 1/2" or so tube running downward from the thermostat?
its the 3/8 or 1/4 inch nut and tube from the bottom of the valve to the burner
Still not sure which one -- there is one obvious electrical wire, two things that could be either solid wires or tiny pipes, and one larger pipe.
From left to right -- copper color, large silver, small silver, orange electrical comes from the top
i cant really see from the picture, just take both small lines loose for the valve and try it ,, its one of those two ,, thanks
YES hear and smell gas
thank you ,, you will need to replace the burner assembly and you can get it at a local appliance parts dealer near you or a plumbing supply dealer and this will fix the unit ,, you will need to take the model number with you to get the correct one ,, Glad i could help you with your problem today so please press the accept button for me before you leave so i may be paid ,, Thanks
