8 months, and yes I do find myself pushing it back now and then. It's been doing this for 2 weeks.
So the washer is under 1 year old..If so..i would have it looked at free of charge..As the warranty is up to 1 year..If you try to repair on your own..You will void the warranty..Most likely your problem is the rear bearing to the washer or a broken or worn spring..If you have been thinking it might fix itself after 8 months then you have had the problem from day one...Thanks Bob
