Do you have a model number so that I can better assist you? Is the fan inside the freezer running? (can you hear it)? And if you pull the freeze forward and look down by the compressor, if this model has a fan by the compressor, is it running?

I don't know the model number. But some of the numbers on the back of the unit are:

ok well unfortunately that means your compressor is inefficient or the freon as leaked out. Either way the repair is minimum of about $350 so I would probably look into replacing the entire freezer.
